A Corporate Girl.
For almost 20 years I held managerial roles in important companies in the B2C sector, then start-ups. I had many challenges and many projects. But if on the surface I could appear happy and fulfilled, the truth is that I wasn't really. I couldn't create the career I dreamed of, despite my commitment and dedication. I went on for a "quiet life", without a precise goal.
It all starts with me.
In a period of stress and particular tiredness I decided to give space to a passion. So I started a course to become a stylist and trend analyst. Fashion called me since I was little, so I decided to give myself a chance and learn to decipher that world that fascinated me so much. Halfway through the course, I understood that our image speaks loud and clear to those around us (off and online) . It is a precious communication tool and learning to manage it is essential to reach our goal.
Our image communicates.
So I started a series of courses and studies in fashion and color psychology to broaden my knowledge.
And I managed to change my career in 1 month.
I created a style that helped me achieve a professional goal, giving me the motivation to stop and create one.
My image, within a few weeks, was aligned with my goal.
But it wasn't just a matter of "different clothes", new makeup or haircut. I felt different. Stronger, more confident. I wasn't afraid to expose myself in meetings, or to speak my mind or make a joke to defuse moments of tension. At the end of the month-long "trial" of my new style, I was called by my director to get the promotion and compliments from the rest of the management for the work done in the last months (for me... years!).
But it's not just a question of image.
Creating an image aligned with our goals can be simple, but it is not about creating a character from a Hollywood movie . This is what happens too often in the world of fashion and style. Given a goal, all the tools are put in place to achieve it.
I think that the image should be a mirror of the person , who consciously chooses what he wants to give visibility to.

Nel 2017 ho dato le dimissioni per intraprendere la libera professione.
Ho cominciato a studiare di nuovo. Dopo lo stile, il Coaching.
Volevo ampliare le mie vedute e gli strumenti a mia disposizione per migliorare la mia vita e quella delle persone che mi circondano.
Nel 2021 è arrivato il diploma dopo un Master in PNL e Neurosemantica con Bless You®️ e il diploma per Insegnante del metodo di Louise Hay®️.
Da quel momento ho capito l’importanza di saper definire un obiettivo, ma soprattutto come questo debba essere allineato con chi siamo e con i nostri valori. In termini corretti, che questo sia “ecologico”.
Ma ancora più importante, ho capito che grazie agli strumenti del Coaching possiamo dare potere e centralità alla migliore versione di noi stessi.
